This agreement is presented to you the first time that you visit the song submission page. You cannot proceed to the upload page until you accept the artist agreement. You only have to accept the agreement once, but it will apply to each song that you submit to Noble Rhythm.

You will be submitting your recordings to Noble Rhythm so that we can create a Rock Band game package and submit it to Rock Band Network (or "RBN").

The following outlines the agreement between the representative of the artist ("you" or "artist") and Noble Rhythm ("we," "Noble Rhythm," or "NR"). You must accept this agreement before any work can be done on your recordings ("track," or "song").

This agreement is related to a single song. When you submit a song to Noble Rhythm, you are accepting this agreement for that song.

Accepting this agreement does not obligate Noble Rhythm to work on your track. Noble Rhythm currently provides its services at no cost to the artist, and is not under any obligation to begin or to complete work on any track.

you agree that:

  • Your song does not infringe on any existing copyrights.
  • You own or have secured all of the rights required to submit your song to RBN.
  • Noble Rhythm may work with your song and upload it to RBN.
  • No one else (including yourself) will be allowed to submit this song to RBN.

Noble Rhythm agrees that:

  • All rights to this track not relating to RBN remain with the artist, and NR makes no claim to any of those rights.
  • Additionally, NR makes no claim to the copyright to your song title, lyrics, album art, and other related information.

paymentpayment

When your track is sold through the RBN Store, a percentage of the revenue is paid to Noble Rhythm. You receive payment from Noble Rhythm.

Payment is as follows:

  • Fifty percent (50%) of revenue from sales of this song which are sent to Noble Rhythm go to the artist.
  • Fifty percent (50%) of revenue from sales of this song which are sent to Noble Rhythm stay with Noble Rhythm.

Noble Rhythm receives revenue payments quarterly. At this time, NR will calculate the artist's share of revenue from sales of all of their songs, and add it to the artist's "account balance."

Payment will then be sent to the artist from Noble Rhythm, provided that the artist's account balance equals fifty dollars ($50) or more. If the artist's account balance is less than this figure, payment will be withheld until the next quarter that the artist's account balance reaches this figure.

RBNRBN

If/when your song passes the RBN peer review process (see our faq for more information), your song will go on sale in the RBN Store. RBN and the RBN Store are not maintained by Noble Rhythm, and you agree that NR does not have any control over RBN, and is not responsible for any changes to RBN policy.

  • For your song to remain for sale, Noble Rhythm must maintain its RBN accounts. The artist understands that Noble Rhythm has no obligation to maintain its RBN accounts indefinitely.
  • Because Noble Rhythm is funded by revenue from sales, the artist agrees that Noble Rhythm has the right to refuse any request to remove a song from the RBN Store.
  • You must be 18 years of age to enter into this agreement.
  • The artist and Noble Rhythm accept this agreement in good faith, and agree to resolve any disputes in good faith.
